Bahar began her career as a media planner at Universal McCann in 1990. By 2000, she became the General Manager of Lotus Medya, the first local agency of the Universal McCann Network in Turkey, serving prominent Turkish clients such as Çukurova, Ülker, and the Sabancı Group.
She later took on the role of General Manager at ADD Medya, a Çukurova company overseeing the centralization of all Çukurova brands. In 2003, Bahar became the CEO of Kinetic under the WPP group.
Afterward, she ventured into her own operations, supporting Turkish brands with their international strategies worldwide. Currently, Bahar leads Adtech in Turkey, driving its platforms to the forefront of the Turkish market.
